Who we are

This site is operated by Triyant Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore with its office at Paya Lebar Square, Singapore. In this policy “we” and “us” mean Triyant Pte Ltd.

What we collect

We collect very little, and only where you choose to give it.

• Enquiry form. Your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing on the form is collected that is not shown on it.
• Bot protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address and technical signals from your browser in order to distinguish people from automated traffic. This happens whether or not you submit the form.
• Server logs. Our servers record IP addresses briefly so that submissions can be rate-limited and abuse identified.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

The information you enter in the enquiry form is used for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation that follows from it. We do not add you to a mailing list on the strength of an enquiry, and we do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Bot-protection and log data are used only to keep the form usable and to prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is handled by service providers acting on our instructions — the provider that delivers our email, our hosting provider, and Cloudflare for bot protection — and by nobody else.

Some of these providers operate outside Singapore, which means your information may be processed abroad. Where that happens we require protection comparable to that offered by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as the business conversation is live, and for a period afterwards so that we can pick up a thread you may return to. Where an enquiry does not lead anywhere, we delete it once it is clear it will not.

Server and bot-protection logs are short-lived and are not used to build any record of you.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and how it has been used;
• correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete what we hold, where we have no continuing reason to keep it;
• withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form.

Write to info@triyant.sg and we will respond within a reasonable period. Withdrawing consent means we will stop processing your enquiry, which in practice means we can no longer reply to it.

Security

Enquiry data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and held in systems with access restricted to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — but we do not ask for anything through this site that would be damaging if disclosed. Please do not send confidential material, credentials or commercially sensitive detail through the enquiry form; wait until we have agreed a secure channel.

Changes

If we change how this site handles personal data — by adding analytics, for example — we will update this page and the date shown below before the change takes effect.
